오후 4시 27분 경, 진량윤성1차 A건너 정류장에서 한 아주머니께서 하차벨을 누르는 것을 깜빡하고 운전기사분께 내려달라고 하셨는데, "버스 하차벨은 왜 안누르셨습니까? 버스 하차벨은 언제 눌러야 돼요? 한번 물어나 봅시다"라고 추궁하듯이 질문하였으며 한동안 하차문을 열어주지 않았습니다. 버스를 하차할 때에는 하차벨을 누르는 게 맞는 행동입니다만, 실수로 까먹을 수도 있는 것인데 그렇게 사람 무안을 주듯이 소리지를 정도의 일인가 의문이 듭니다. 그러고나서, 운전기사분이 "이 지역 사람들은 왜 이딴식 이냐"라는 식으로 승객들 다 들으라는 식으로 크게 중얼중얼 거리셨는데, 너무 불쾌했습니다.
오후 4시 44분 경, 압량신협 정류장을 지나고 옆 차도에서 도중에 트럭이 끼어드는 상황이 있었는데, 버스 기사분이 자기가 먼저 있었으니 먼저 가야 한다는 심리가 발동하셨는지 옆 차선을 역주행 하면서 까지 좌회전 하려는 앞 트럭을 재치고 우회전을 하는 상황이 발생하였습니다. 앞 트럭이 천천히 주행해서 사고로 이어지지 않았지만, 만약 그 트럭이 조금이라도 빠른 속도로 달렸으면 충돌사고로 이어졌을 상황이었으며, 승객들이 크게 다쳐도 이상하지 않은 상황이었습니다. 기사분께서 화가 나신 건 이해가 갑니다만, 화가 난다는 감정이 앞서 기본적으로 지켜야 하는 교통법규까지 무시하면서 까지 감정적으로 대응하여야 하는 상황이었는지 의문입니다. 버스 운전기사는 어떠한 일이 발생하더라도 승객의 안전을 제일 우선적으로 고려하여야 하는 게 아닌가요?
오후 5시 2분 경, 국민건강보험공당(경산역) 정류장에서 승객이 덜 내려서 "내려주세요" 라고 승객이 큰 소리로 기사분을 불렀으며, 앞에 서 계신 다른 승객 분도 기사분께 "아직 덜 내리신 분 계세요"라고 불렀음에도 불구하고 무시하고 문을 닫고 지나쳐버렸습니다.
또한, 정확한 일자는 기억이 나지 않아 신뢰도가 떨어질 수도 있겠습니다만, 지난주 오후 4시 경 장산중 건너 버스 정류장에서도 해당 기사분께서 불친절한 대응을 하셨습니다. (918번, 당시 차량번호 : 70자 7355) 장산중 건너 정류장에서 한 여학생이 버스요금을 내지 않고, 그냥 지나쳐서 기사분께서 "학생 왜 요금 안내고 그냥 지나쳤어?" 라고 물어보셨고, 그 학생이 "잔액이 없어서 핸드폰으로 충전하고 바로 찍을게요"라고 대답했습니다. 그런데, 기사분께서 "그러면 이 버스 타지 말고 다음 버스 타라. 이 버스는 못탄다. 돈도 없는데 내가 왜 너를 태워 줘야하는데?" 라고 소리 치신 적이 있습니다. 승객이 버스요금을 내는 건 당연한 의무이지만, 학생이 버스요금을 안내겠다는 것도 아니고 핸드폰으로 충전하고 바로 지불하겠다고 말을 하면 조금 기다려 주든가 조금 더 친절하게 "학생 미안한데 다음 버스 타주면 안 될까?"라고 말할 수 있는 거 아닌가요?
